The project, by order of the City of Belgrade, encompasses an assessment of the current situation, suggestions for the development of a TMS, variants for the design and the development of functional specifications. The system covers public tranport as well as private transport.

For a vivid exchange of the latest experiences and information on new technologies, for the fifth time Pöyry Infra Traffic hosts the International Conference on Traffic and Safety in Road Tunnels including an exhibition.

Organisation and operations concept for the traffic management in Niedersachsen (Germany)


By order of the federal state authority for road construction and communications in Niedersachsen the existing telematics systems are to be improved through reorganisation of the entire traffic management system.

Railway Bulgaria Sofia-Plovdiv


Pöyry has been awarded an engineering contract by the Ministry of Transport of Bulgaria for the design for the rehabilitation of the railway line between Sofia and Plovdiv. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Pöyry Infra Traffic is carrying out a comprehensive traffic demand prognosis as a planning basis. The prognosis takes into account the local passanger and freight traffic demand as well as economic and population trends.

Maintenance of urban road tunnels in Hamburg


The urban road tunnels "Wallringtunnel" and "Deichtortunnel" need refitting according to the German guidelines RABT 2006. Pöyry Infra Traffic has been asked to revise and adjust existing documents to the current requirements and to identify the overall costs.
